The MyPSA National Pharmacy Debate Competition (NPDC) is an annual national debate competition. As a dynamic and learner-centred initiative, MyPSA NPDC aims to sharpen participants’ critical thinking skills, broaden their perspectives beyond the academic curriculum, and strengthen their confidence as future leaders in the healthcare sector. The competition serves as a platform for future pharmacists to develop the confidence, critical thinking, and advocacy skills needed to influence policies and professional practice. Ultimately, it emphasises that meaningful change begins with informed and courageous voices.
The main motivation behind organising 12th MyPSA NPDC 2026 is to empower future pharmacists to think beyond traditional roles, cultivate policy awareness, and advocate effectively for the advancement of the profession. We hope to inspire meaningful discussions, foster inter-university collaboration, and enhance student engagement in national healthcare discourse through this intellectually stimulating platform.
